Francisca Uceta De Placencio collected the seven-figure check playing the $10 scratch-off game “$4,000,000 Monopoly Doubler."

Three $4 million grand prizes remain in that game and five $1 million tickets are in circulation.

Uceta De Placencio chose to take the lump-sum payment of $650,000 rather than the annuity. She said she'll invest some of the money and use the rest to help her family.

Uceta De Placencio bought the ticket at Armas Convenience Store at 247 Jefferson Ave. in Salem. The store will receive a $10,000 bonus.
